Paola Dardano on the contribution of Anatolian languages to the reconstruction of the Indo-European poetic inheritance (in Italian)
On February 29, 2024, Paola Dardano (Università per Stranieri di Siena) gave a lecture at University of Naples "L'Orientale" on the contributions of the Anatolian languages to the reconstruction of Indo-European poetic inheritance. In the introduction, Prof. Dardano provided an overview on problems connected with the use of Anatolian material for the reconstruction of Indo-European mythology and poetics. Moreover, she discussed a series of new case-studies centring on the interaction of etymology and phraseology.
